**Job Description – Technical Maintenance Assistant** We are seeking a committed and proactive professional to work as a Technical Maintenance Assistant, ensuring the proper functioning of industrial machines and equipment, contributing to the efficiency and safety of production processes. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment; * Identify and resolve technical failures; * Conduct inspections and operational tests; * Support the production team to minimize operational downtime; * Record maintenance procedures and activities; * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and equipment; * Comply with safety and quality standards. ### **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in industrial equipment maintenance is a plus; * Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance; * Strong problem-solving skills; * Attention to detail and organizational skills; * Ability to work well in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Work with TIG and MIG welding ### **Job Information:** * Location: Contagem – MG * Work Mode: On-site * Employment Type: CLT * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM ### **Benefits:** * Meal allowance (Multi) – BRL 16.50 per day, no deduction; * Food basket; * Transportation allowance (Multi), usable at gas stations and ride-hailing apps; * Hapvida health plan; * Dental plan. * Gympass * Study grant * Discounts at Pague Menos pharmacies * Access to nutritionist and psychologist twice per month ### **Behavioral Profile:** We seek a responsible, committed, agile, and quality-focused professional who is eager to learn and collaborate with the maintenance and production teams.
