Join this team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Primarily conduct field activities involving short-term (approximately one week) or long-term (up to two or three consecutive months) travel assignments; * Always travel in pairs, accompanied by a driver who assists in operations; * Install video recording equipment at designated highway locations to monitor vehicle traffic flow; * Continuously monitor equipment throughout the entire data collection period; * Organize and submit collected video recordings; * Gather regional information and prepare characterization reports for the analyzed area; * Participate in origin-destination surveys, including hiring, training, and coordinating field teams to interview highway users; * Maintain regular communication with the office-based team to align activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * No specific technical competencies are required for this position; * Preference is given to a **proactive** profile, demonstrating initiative and the ability to resolve everyday problems; * Prior experience in external work, field activities, or construction sites is **not mandatory**, but will be considered a significant advantage; * Previous experience may facilitate adaptation to operational routines and the challenges of fieldwork; * Engineering degree. **Additional Information** * Salary: R$ 4212.80; * Meal or food allowance of R$ 42.00 per day; * Life insurance; * Co-payment health plan; * Transportation allowance or fuel subsidy; * University tuition agreements; * Private pension plan.
