




Description: MANDATORY/DESIRED TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; * Specialization in hospital pharmacy; * Knowledge of quality management; * Experience in oncology care. Act as Technical Responsible Officer before regulatory agencies, ensuring regulatory compliance across all areas of clinical and hospital pharmacy. Participate in and represent the Pharmacy Department in institutional meetings and internal committees. Disseminate and ensure compliance with internal regulations, institutional guidelines, and operational procedures. Coordinate and execute essential activities for the operation of clinical pharmacies, including outpatient units, critical areas, clinical sectors, and diagnostic/therapeutic support departments. Conduct inventories and continuously monitor stock control, consumption, and movement of materials and medications. Review reports on receipts, consumption, losses, loans, and returns. Monitor medication use through reports generated by the institutional information system. Manage costs of departments under responsibility, proposing optimizations and improvements. Perform pharmacovigilance activities, informing care teams about changes impacting therapies and patient safety. Provide technical guidance on stability, compatibility, dilution, and use of medications and chemical products. Participate in drug and material standardization processes, reviewing requests and incorporating technologies focused on cost-effectiveness. Provide technical support to committees related to pharmaceutical care, nutrition, standardization, and protocols. Evaluate clinical and operational indicators, conduct critical analysis, and propose improvement actions using quality methodologies. Monitor compliance and non-compliance issues via institutional systems, ensuring registration, follow-up actions, and feedback to involved departments. Implement action plans for continuous process improvement, promoting standardization and increased efficiency. Coordinate the team of pharmacists, technicians, and assistants, ensuring appropriate supervision of clinical, care-related, and compounding activities. Develop internal policies related to Pharmaceutical Care aligned with organizational guidelines. Provide feedback, monitor performance, record functional information, and promote training and continuing education. Ensure compliance with administrative routines related to Human Resources, Personnel Department, and Occupational Health and Safety. Follow and enforce safety regulations, contingency plans, occupational risk prevention guidelines, and instructions from internal safety and health teams. Coordinate environmental aspects related to pharmaceutical activities. Participate in institutional projects related to Pharmaceutical Care.
