Focus on patient safety and comprehensive care CLT Belo Horizonte / MG ##### **Description** Prescription review, treatment and drug interaction evaluation, clinical staff support with treatment recommendations, dispensing of materials and medications including Ordinance 344/98; Inventory management: procurement of materials and medications, generation of dispensing and consumption indicators, OPME management, monthly consumption reports, budgeting, supplier evaluation, technical visits, contract development with representatives and manufacturers; Operations: Review of SOP documentation, internal pharmacy regulations and tables, registry book entries, training, non-conformance reports (RNC), regulatory matters related to Alvará renewal and internal/external audits; Safety committee meetings, training on ordinances and legislation; Team management: attendance control, alignment of training with pharmacy staff, scheduling and workload management; Supervision of pharmacy technicians and interns/students; Control of controlled substances registry book, expiration date monitoring of materials/medications; Dispensing of materials/medications; Promoting and participating in multidisciplinary team integration; Ensuring comprehensive care for customers and their families; Maintaining environmental safety conditions, among other routine tasks. ##### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy / Experience in supervision / Experience in the healthcare sector. ##### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program * Health insurance * Job posting date: 07/04/2026
