Job Summary: Responsible for preparing and adjusting textures and stucco finishes, mixing paints, controlling colors and shades, and ensuring workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and attention to detail PAINT PREPARER Location: Floramar – Belo Horizonte/MG Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 07:00 to 17:00 Friday: 07:00 to 16:00 Salary: Approx. R$ 2,000.00 + benefits Benefits: Transportation Allowance Basic Food Basket Hazard Pay Performance Bonus Main Responsibilities: * Prepare and adjust textures and stucco finishes according to technical specifications * Mix paints and control colors and shades * Ensure workplace organization and quality in preparations Requirements: * Knowledge of texture, stucco finish, and color pattern manufacturing * Organization and attention to detail * Commitment and responsibility Education: Elementary School Preferred Qualification: Relevant work experience.
