Responsibilities: Perform complete vehicle and suspension simulations to provide direction to the chassis development programs, while minimizing the need for physical testing. Main responsibilities of this role will be: * Build chassis and complete vehicle models; * Perform virtual simulations to evaluate suspension kinematics \& compliance and complete vehicle handling \& ride comfort; * Optimise chassis parameters in order to meet performance targets; * Prepare/write project reports; * Presentation of project results and support decision making; * Client communication and reporting. S. or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. * Interest in automotive chassis development with a focus on Vehicle Dynamics. * Knowledge of vehicle dynamics theory and contributions from individual components (hardpoints, steering, springs, bars, dampers, tires, bushings, etc.) to suspension K\&C and full\-vehicle performance. * Basic understanding of the performance development process, from target setting and target cascading to validation and sign\-off. * Interest in vehicle dynamics simulation using multi\-body models (ADAMS) and/or lookup tables\-based models (VI\-CarRealTime, IPG Carmaker, CarSim, etc.). * Data post\-processing skills. Personal qualifications: * Proficient in spoken and written English. * Detail\-oriented and organized personality. * Good communication and team\-working skills. * Hard\-working and flexible mindset.
