The company has a structured operation, with facilities in Belo Horizonte (Head Office and distribution centers in Belvedere, Prado, and Timbiras neighborhoods) and a showroom in São Paulo, plus an expanding team continuously focused on process organization and sustainable growth. **About the Position** We seek a professional to lead the logistics area, focusing on inventory and shipping management, ensuring accuracy, operational efficiency, and adherence to delivery deadlines. This role is strategic, acting as the liaison between operations, sales, and production, and leading a team of approximately 10 people. **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure inventory accuracy (factory and distribution centers) through management of cycle and periodic inventories * Identify discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions * Ensure proper storage, location assignment, and asset control of materials * Coordinate order picking, verification, and shipping processes, ensuring timeliness and service level * Optimize transportation routing and costs, monitoring carrier performance * Define, track, and analyze departmental performance indicators (KPIs) * Map, standardize, and optimize logistics processes to ensure operational efficiency * Ensure proper functioning and integration of systems (ERP, WMS, TMS) * Develop contingency plans for operations * Lead a team of approximately 10 employees, setting goals, monitoring performance, and promoting development * Reinforce a culture of operational discipline, results orientation, and continuous improvement * Control and optimize logistics costs, identifying reduction opportunities * Manage the department budget and analyze variances * Consolidate and present results to senior management **Compensation and Benefits** * Base Salary: R$ 4.000,00 * Trust Position Allowance (40%): R$ 1.600,00 * **Total: R$ 5.600,00** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$ 22.00/day (Flash) * Unimed Unifácil health plan (100% company-paid\*) * Dental plan at no cost to employee * TotalPass * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Attendance bonus (3.5% of salary) * Partnerships with SESI and SESC * Discounts on undergraduate and graduate programs \*Co-payment applies after probation period **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday Business hours Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$4.000,00 – R$5.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
