**Job Description – HVAC Construction Supervisor** AIR MINAS is seeking an HVAC Construction Supervisor to manage and oversee HVAC construction projects for corporate, commercial, and industrial developments across Brazil. We seek a leadership-oriented professional with strong operational management capabilities and proven experience in HVAC construction, ensuring quality, productivity, safety, and adherence to contractual deadlines. **Responsibilities** * Supervise on-site execution of HVAC construction works * Coordinate in-house and subcontracted teams * Monitor physical schedules and productivity of work fronts * Ensure execution quality in accordance with design drawings and technical specifications * Interface with clients, inspectors, and suppliers * Support construction planning and logistics * Monitor service measurements and physical progress * Enforce occupational safety best practices * Support control of materials, tools, and equipment * Identify deviations and propose corrective actions * Participate in site meetings and operational alignment sessions * Support system startup, commissioning, and technical handover **Requirements** * Technical or higher education in: * Mechanical Engineering * Civil Engineering * Mechanical Technician * Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician * Related fields * Proven experience supervising HVAC construction projects * Knowledge of systems: * Chiller * VRF * Split system (large capacity) * Chilled water * Mechanical ventilation and exhaust * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Knowledge of construction planning and monitoring * Familiarity with occupational safety standards * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in large-scale corporate construction projects * Experience with public works and corporate contracts * Proficiency in Microsoft Project * Experience with commissioning and startup * Knowledge of BIM and drawing coordination **Job Information** * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Work Mode: On-site * Location: Belo Horizonte/MG * Willingness to travel frequently * Salary: Market-competitive * Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Health insurance * Life insurance **Desired Profile** We seek a leadership-oriented, organized professional with strong prioritization skills and a results-driven mindset, capable of leading teams and ensuring operational excellence in construction deliverables.
