Work on the development and enhancement of the user experience (UX) and front-end of BI indicators and the Control Tower, ensuring clear, intuitive, and efficient visualizations that support the company’s WMS B2B integration with its customers, enabling agile, reliable, and data-driven decision-making. * Develop front-end interfaces for dashboards, BI indicators, and operational dashboards of the Control Tower. * Design and enhance the user experience (UX), ensuring usability, accessibility, and visual consistency. * Translate business requirements and logistical data into clear and actionable visualizations. * Collaborate closely with BI, Data, WMS, B2B Integration, and Product teams. * Ensure indicators accurately reflect SLAs, logistical KPIs, and WMS operational workflows. * Develop reusable and standardized components for dashboards. * Support visual and functional integration between internal systems and customers’ B2B portals. * Conduct usability testing and implement continuous improvements based on user feedback. * Ensure performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility. * Maintain documentation of UX/UI standards and front-end components
