Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineering Assistant to support field activities, monitor service execution, and manage administrative routines for infrastructure construction projects. Position: Construction Assistant **Area:** Construction / Infrastructure **Job Description** We are seeking an **Engineering Assistant** to support field activities, monitor service execution, and manage administrative routines for infrastructure construction projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor daily site operations * Support physical and financial schedule control * Prepare and update daily construction reports * Assist in supply, accommodation, and logistics organization * Support the technical manager in defining and monitoring daily activities * Administrative routine support at headquarters * Define daily tasks jointly with the site supervisor and under guidance from the technical manager * Liaise with the client (Municipality/Autarchies) **Requirements** * Prior experience in retaining wall, drainage, and earthwork projects is preferred * Field experience on **construction sites** * Proficiency in **Excel and Word** * Basic knowledge of **construction schedule control** * Willingness to relocate to Juiz de Fora and undertake occasional travel * Driver's license category B **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience or knowledge in **geotechnics** * Previous involvement in retaining wall projects **Behavioral Profile** * Strong communication skills * Organized and responsible * Proactive and motivated * Team-oriented * Quick learner **Benefits** * (Meal allowance, food voucher, life insurance, individual accommodation, reimbursed every 3 months) * Performance bonus for schedule adherence Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$6\.000,00 \- R$8\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher Work location: On-site
