Job Summary: The professional will control, update, monitor, and record processes and data related to maintenance and logistics, supporting the team and ensuring operational organization. Key Highlights: 1. Support inventory and stock control 2. Assist in scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Provide support for fleet control, pickups, and deliveries * Control and update spreadsheets and systems used in maintenance and logistics. * Monitor service orders, including opening, progress, and completion. * Record material, parts, and equipment inflows and outflows. * Support inventory and stock control. * Assist in scheduling and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance. * Organize documents, reports, and operational records. * Provide support for fleet control, staff transportation, pickups, and deliveries. * Conduct material and equipment verification. * Monitor deadlines, internal requests, and requirements. * Support the team in improving area controls and processes.
