Job Summary: Coordinates public lighting maintenance operations, manages teams and contracts, and drives continuous improvement, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with standards. Contract management and relationship management with external stakeholders * ***Requirements:*** Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields Proven experience of at least 2 years in contract, construction, or operational management. Experience in performance indicator management, operational planning, and cost control. Strong communication skills, leadership, proactivity, critical analysis, and people management. * ***Responsibilities:*** Coordinate public lighting network maintenance operations, ensuring execution in accordance with internal procedures, safety regulations, and legal/contractual requirements. Develop action plans to achieve operational performance targets and indicators. Support operations management in analyzing results and making strategic decisions. Manage field teams together with supervisors and the operational planning team, promoting integration and process efficiency. Coordinate fleet utilization and maintenance, ensuring availability and cost control. Plan maintenance procedures and define frequency for preventive and corrective maintenance services, as stipulated in the concession agreement. Make operational decisions, route internal requests, and establish external contacts with agencies and partners (e.g., PBH, BHTrans, CEMIG). Analyze area processes and propose improvements to maximize results and reduce risks. Ensure adherence to parameters of technical excellence, occupational safety, corporate security, environmental protection, quality, cost, and schedule. Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers and service providers, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Promote ongoing training and capacity building for teams to enhance technical knowledge and operational performance.
