Our purpose is clear: to impact the market with cutting-edge technology, challenge boundaries, and create innovative software that transforms companies across Latin America and the world. **Responsibilities and Duties** We are looking for a Software Configuration Assistant responsible for defining and maintaining software versioning, integration, and change control processes. The candidate will ensure artifact traceability, file and database structure validation, and system and SaaS/Hosting environment updates. Key responsibilities include: * Define, implement, and maintain software versioning, integration, and change control processes; * Ensure artifact traceability throughout the entire development lifecycle; * Ensure only approved versions are promoted to test, validation, and production environments; * Control and document environment configurations (development, testing, validation, and production); * Plan and execute Delphi patch generation, including updating files in test environments; * Conduct validation of Delphi files and release validated versions to customers; * Conduct validation of database structures and modeling, ensuring compliance with defined standards; * Update mobile systems in SaaS and Hosting environments; * Update validated database structures in SaaS and Hosting environments; * Perform customer database updates according to requests registered in support portals. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Job Requirements:** * Knowledge of GIT, GitLab, Docker, and continuous integration (Node.JS, Jenkins). * Experience with versioning tools (Git, SVN, or similar). * Knowledge of configuration management, change control, and software versioning processes. * Experience in system validation, including Delphi applications, mobile systems, and databases. * Knowledge of database modeling and structures (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar). * Experience updating SaaS and Hosting environments. * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. **Success Factors for This Role:** * Sense of urgency to identify and act immediately in critical situations. * Communication and teamwork skills, energy, and enthusiasm. * Structured thinking, urgency, and willingness to resolve problems. **Additional Information** **CLT contract with salary of R$** **2\.590,00** **** Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher (R$32/day); Transportation Voucher (bus card only); Profit Sharing; Unimed Health Plan with no co-payment, partially subsidized for the Teker and dependents; Dental Plan for the Teker and dependents; Pharmacy Benefit; Life Insurance; TeleNutri: online nutrition consultations Monday through Friday with various nutritionists; TekBaby: gift for newborns and extended leave (Maternity: 6 months / Paternity: 1 month); Meu Pet Club: pet health plan; SESI/SESC Club membership; Access to top Brazilian gyms via Wellhub (formerly Gympass); Discount partnerships with stores and services (Duo Gourmet, Cemig Sim, Coco Bambu, etc.); Birthday gift and celebration; Tek Store: free gifts for employees; Education benefits and partnerships: UnicoSkill, Udemy, Wise UP, EnglishPass, Descomplica, and more; Unitek: Teknisa’s corporate university for professional growth.
