Requirements: The **Development \- BU Digital** area is responsible for leading the design, development, and evolution of digital solutions and products, and seeks a **Development Coordinator** to join our team — the largest software and product development company for the financial market in Brazil — where we believe technological innovation inspires progress. **This role will be responsible for:** * Ensuring predictable, efficient, and high-quality delivery of software projects and product enhancements by coordinating technical teams, processes, and stakeholders. * Delivery Management and Planning * Technical Coordination (Operational Technical Leadership) * Development Flow Management * Communication and Alignment with Stakeholders * Team Management and Development * Quality and Governance * Continuous Improvement and Scalability **To \#match this position, the following mandatory requirements must be met:** * Completed undergraduate degree in IT (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields) * Ability to perform critical analysis of requirements and support initiatives and projects related to products * Prior experience in software development and leadership/coordination of technical teams * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and backlog/roadmap management * Experience in delivery management, deadlines, risk management, and demand prioritization * Solid knowledge of software architecture and engineering best practices * Ability to communicate clearly with technical teams and business stakeholders **The following qualifications would be considered advantageous:** * Experience in the Financial Market; * Postgraduate degree / MBA (a significant advantage) focused on leadership, management, or architecture: MBA in Project Management, MBA in IT Management, Postgraduate Program in Software Engineering Benefits **So, does this resonate with you so far?
