We’re seeking a Mid-Level Corporate Infrastructure Analyst to serve as the guardian of our internal infrastructure. This professional will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and evolving the entire technology environment supporting allu’s operations—from network connectivity to the full lifecycle management of IT assets. The primary goal is to ensure our employees have the tools and connectivity needed to perform their roles with maximum efficiency and security. Then **\#vemserallu!** **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Full management of allu’s internal infrastructure * Design, maintenance, and operation of the corporate network * Ensuring high availability and optimal performance of internet and Wi\-Fi across all company premises * Administration of firewall policies, ensuring perimeter protection and communication integrity * Management of the full IT asset lifecycle * Control, inventory, and preventive/corrective maintenance of laptops and mobile devices * Formatting and preparing equipment for new employees * Management of employee access and identity * Administration of permissions and configurations in tools such as corporate e\-mail, Notion, Slack, and Jira * Ensuring each employee has appropriate access aligned with their role * Specialized technical support for resolving complex hardware and software issues * Documentation of internal IT processes * Active participation in continuous improvement of corporate infrastructure * Proposing new solutions to keep pace with company growth **What We Expect From You** * Solid experience administering corporate networks * Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols * Advanced knowledge of configuring and maintaining network equipment—including switches, routers, and access points * Familiarity with security policies and firewalls * Experience managing IT assets via MDM (Mobile Device Management) * Experience maintaining hardware—especially Windows and macOS laptops * Prior experience administering collaboration and productivity tools * Knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 * Familiarity with Slack, Jira, and Notion **That’s Why We Need You To Have** * Proactivity and an ownership mindset—to identify infrastructure bottlenecks and propose solutions before they become problems * Strong organizational and prioritization skills—to handle multiple assets and concurrent requests in a structured way * Effective communication—to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users * A security-first focus—with an emphasis on data protection and compliance with company policies **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** * Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network\+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation) * Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, PRTG) * Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions **What You’ll Find at allu** * Flash Benefits of R$1\.540,00/month—for groceries, restaurants, or food delivery—the amount is fixed regardless of holidays or month length * Birthday Day Off—to enjoy your special day * Wellhub \| Gympass offering countless gym options, personal training, and wellness apps—starting at R$35.90/month * Extended maternity and paternity leave—and a special gift from our team * Childcare allowance up to R$300.00/month for children under 2 years old * Special discount for allu.ranger on electronics subscriptions * Opportunity to become an investor in allu.invest—with preferential terms * Partnership Program: opportunity to become an allu co-owner.
