Main Responsibilities * Assist in food preparation according to the established menu; * Perform simple preparations and support the lead cook; * Carry out food pre-preparation; * Maintain the kitchen, utensils, and equipment clean and organized; * Follow hygiene and food safety standards; * Collaborate with the team to ensure service quality and efficiency. Requirements * Experience in this role or kitchen experience is a plus; * Basic knowledge of food handling; * Organization, commitment, and attention to detail; * Efficiency and ability to work in a team; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM.
