Job Description We are hiring a **Junior Cook** to join our team. We seek a responsible, agile, and quality-focused professional committed to food quality and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. Responsibilities * Prepare food according to instructions and technical sheets; * Assist in meal production, ensuring quality and presentation standards; * Perform cutting, portioning, and food pre\-preparation; * Organize and stock the work area during operations; * Clean utensils, equipment, and the work environment; * Control proper food storage and collaborate to prevent waste; * Support the kitchen team in daily routines. Requirements * Prior kitchen experience is considered a plus; * Basic knowledge of good food handling practices; * Organization, responsibility, and commitment; * Agility to work in a dynamic environment; * Ability to work well in a team; * Availability to work on a **6x1** schedule, from 3:00 PM to 11:20 PM\.
