Work location: Minas Gerais Employment type: CLT WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM REQUIREMENTS: ✔ Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields ✔ Experience managing accounts or a client portfolio ✔ Experience in negotiation and contract management ✔ Knowledge of performance indicators, costs, and budgeting Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) Willingness to travel as required by projects and clients Experience across diverse sectors will be considered an advantage Experience in energy efficiency sector will be a significant advantage Project management knowledge will be an advantage KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage client portfolio and strengthen strategic relationships Monitor project execution in coordination with internal departments Ensure delivery quality and adherence to deadlines Monitor performance indicators and propose continuous improvements Deliver results and status presentations to clients Lead contractual negotiations, renewals, and amendments Adopt a consultative approach—understand client needs and propose solutions Support commercial growth and contract expansion Coordinate requirements among clients, partners, and internal departments Support management with strategic insights regarding accounts and opportunities Identify market trends and new business opportunities BENEFITS: Transportation allowance Meal/food allowance of R$ 21.17 per working day Hapvida health insurance plan with co-payment Dental insurance plan Life insurance Gym partnership program Well-being initiatives and programs for employees Interested?
