Planning and allocation of teams Job Responsibilities: Coordinate construction execution in accordance with the project plan, supervising work teams across various operational fronts, providing guidance on quality, environmental, occupational health and safety matters, and optimizing equipment, labor, and on-site materials to achieve desired results. Plan, size, and allocate teams across various operational fronts of the construction site, instructing and guiding Foremen on tasks, priorities, and adopted execution methods. Collaborate with immediate supervisor to schedule work execution, estimating timeframes based on personnel availability, productivity capacity, equipment and material availability, and other variables, aiming to improve productivity and ensure work quality. Requirements: Proven experience in this role, team management skills, clear communication ability, resilience, and strong teamwork capability. Willingness to travel is required.
