Job Summary: We are seeking a Communications professional to strengthen the institution's image, manage press relations, and oversee communication channels. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Communications** professional to join our team and contribute to strengthening the institution’s image, press relations, and communication channel management. If you are organized, proactive, possess excellent writing skills, and enjoy handling multiple tasks, this opportunity may be right for you! **Your daily responsibilities:** * Plan and execute press advisory strategies (journalist relations, press release distribution, and follow-up); * Produce and review institutional content (announcements, statements, interviews, digital materials); * Manage relationships with local and regional media outlets (Belo Horizonte and Muriaé); * Monitor media coverage (clippings) and prepare performance reports; * Handle ombudsman operations, tracking requests to resolution; * Manage and update Google Business Profile accounts (posts, responses, and optimization); * Support internal and external communication initiatives, institutional events, and press conferences; * Track KPIs and propose continuous improvements to communication processes. **What we seek in you:** * Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Social Communication, or related fields; * Experience in press advisory or corporate journalism; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Experience in media relations and content production; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; * Willingness to travel; * Preferred qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Institutional Communication or Press Advisory; experience in healthcare institutions, higher education, or the third sector; familiarity with media clipping and monitoring tools; proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar. **If you wish to contribute to training future professionals and enhancing the quality of higher education, join us in this challenge!** **Join an institution that transforms lives through education.** We value diversity and equality for all individuals, without distinction based on gender, religion, sexual orientation, disabilities, race, ethnicity, or other factors.
