PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to recruit professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Apprentice Assistant – Initial and Continuing Training **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) – employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee borne by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and hours will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the selected candidate upon call-up; the candidate must declare availability for the scheduled hours. Candidates declining the position due to work schedule requirements will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 20 (twenty) hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 712.99 **UNIT:** Belo Horizonte/MG – Unit A – No. 014 **Job Summary:** Responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, public service, and document filing. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship program in the same training area offered by this vacancy are ineligible to apply, as re-enrollment in the same program is not permitted. **EDUCATION:** Currently enrolled in Fundamental Education (minimum requirement). **Required proof must be demonstrated by:** a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) and/or official declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both properly signed and stamped (valid for up to 180 days after degree completion); if currently enrolled, a current-year enrollment certificate for the ongoing course must also be submitted. **DOCUMENTATION:** Must be between 14 and 23 years old on the announcement publication date. **Required proof must be demonstrated by:** a) Valid official identification document containing the candidate’s date of birth. **EXAM SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New Orthographic Agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Usage of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement. **INFORMATICS (Common to all positions):** Internet and Microsoft Office Suite. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Administrative routines. Knowledge of administrative routines, public service, and document filing. General knowledge inherent to the position.
