Job Summary: ERG Engenharia is seeking a Technical Analyst to perform document analysis, technical support, data preparation, technical documentation, and quality control in Belo Horizonte/MG. Project management in georeferencing and real estate regularization ERG Engenharia seeks a professional based in Belo Horizonte/MG to work as a Technical Analyst, with the **main responsibilities:** · Document analysis of real estate properties; · Supporting coordination in contract measurements; · Providing technical support to surveying and dispatch teams; · Creating and updating databases in QGIS; · Preparing technical documents and reports; · Maintaining quality control; · Developing schedules and monitoring activities; · Creating maps in QGIS; · Participating in contract follow-up meetings. **Requirements:** · Technical education in Surveying, Geoprocessing, or Highways; or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Production Engineering; · Knowledge of project management and services related to the Georeferencing Process and real estate regularization; · Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and QGIS.
