Development of action plans for non-conformities ERG Engenharia is seeking a professional to work as a **Quality Analyst in Barão de Cocais/MG**: **Main Responsibilities:** \- Update and monitor process mapping; \- Verify process compliance; \- Control information traceability, ensuring Data book compliance; \- Monitor internal and external audits; \- Conduct specific training sessions; \- Control documentation of the SIG system for the assigned area/contract; \- Develop and monitor action plans and non-conformity resolution; \- Monitor and manage processes and activities of the assigned area/contract. **Requirements:** \- Completed Technical or Higher Education in Production Engineering, Occupational Safety Technician, Quality Management, Construction, or related fields; \- Knowledge of quality process management; indicator monitoring; auditing knowledge; familiarity with ISO standards; \- Must reside in Barão de Cocais/MG.
