We are confident that day after day, we build the future we desire — a future embodied in our purpose: building dreams that transform the world. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your daily routine will include:** * Operating the TOA and Right Now (RN) systems, which receive customer service tickets and route them to Technicians, Assistants, and Quality and Post-Delivery Engineers. * Monitoring ticket execution and regional performance indicators (backlog, productivity, idle time, routing); * Interface with the Customer Relationship team to monitor complaints filed on Reclame Aqui; * Evaluating tickets to verify warranty coverage; * Monitoring approval of Contractor requests; * Manually opening tickets (in exceptional cases); * Sending notifications to customers via Docusing; **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and qualifications: * Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Verbal fluency; * Interpersonal skills; * Objection handling; More than homes, we aim to build solutions.
