We look forward to meeting dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do! **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide intermediate-level technical support to users, resolving complex hardware and software issues. * Diagnose network and connectivity problems and implement solutions. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on servers, networks, and IT equipment. * Ensure system and application stability and security. * Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security software. * Manage user accounts and access permissions according to company policies. * Supervise and execute backup and recovery routines for critical data. * Participate in developing backup and information security policies. * Collaborate in implementing new infrastructure projects and technological upgrades. * Participate in analyzing and implementing improvements to systems and processes. * Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and IT inventory. * Prepare performance and incident reports for managerial analysis. **Requirements and qualifications** * Minimum of 6 (six) months of experience in the field is desirable. * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Administration, Quality Management, or related fields. * Organized profile with attention to detail and sense of priority. * Analytical ability to interpret data, metrics, and regulations. * Strong interpersonal communication skills and ease of interaction across different departments. * Ability to work effectively in teams and meet deadlines. **Additional information** **All our positions are also open to people with disabilities (PCDs).** We value diversity and believe inclusion is a fundamental pillar for building a fairer, more humane, and welcoming workplace for everyone.
