In Belo Horizonte, the regional comprises two units: the **Institute of Eyes of Belo Horizonte (IOBH)** and the **Ophthalmological Care Center (COA)**, jointly reinforcing Vision’s commitment to ocular health promotion. Thus, our IOBH and COA units operate in full integration, aligned with a shared purpose: **excellently, responsibly, and humanely caring for vision and health**. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Quality Analyst – Healthcare Area Activities** Manages and strengthens the quality management system, ensuring compliance of clinical and administrative processes with regulatory standards, current legislation, and accreditation criteria — particularly those of the **National Accreditation Organization (ONA)**. Plans and conducts internal audits, supports external audits and accreditation processes, and assists departments in organizing evidence and meeting requirements. Monitors quality and patient safety indicators, manages non-conformities, adverse events, and action plans, and supports risk management and process standardization. Collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to foster a culture of quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** ### **Education and Requirements – Quality Analyst (Healthcare Area)** Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as **Quality Management, Business Administration, Nursing, Health Management, or related disciplines**. Familiarity with and practical experience regarding **standards set by the National Accreditation Organization (ONA)** — including the ONA manual and its updates — is desirable, along with knowledge of **auditing, accreditation, and continuous improvement processes** in healthcare.
