Collaboration in continuous improvement of clinical processes Position Description We seek a Reference Nurse for the Hemodynamics department, with a clinical profile, strategic vision, and focus on patient quality and safety. This professional will be directly responsible for providing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, as well as serving as a technical nursing reference and supporting clinical management within the department. It is expected that the professional will contribute to organizing clinical processes, strengthening institutional protocols, monitoring performance indicators, and supporting demands related to quality, audits, and patient safety. The position requires the ability to operate in a high-complexity environment, clinical organization, proactivity, and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide direct patient care during hemodynamic procedures, ensuring safe and high-quality care. * Participate in patient preparation, monitoring, and recovery following cardiovascular diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. * Support medical and multidisciplinary teams during hemodynamic procedures. * Serve as the technical nursing reference within the department, supporting the clinical team in implementing safe care practices. * Contribute to organizing and standardizing hemodynamic clinical workflows. * Support clinical administrative management across both operational units. * Monitor and support adherence to institutional protocols and patient safety guidelines. * Collaborate in implementing and tracking departmental clinical performance indicators. * Support internal and external audit processes, organize clinical evidence, and maintain institutional documentation. * Participate in quality management initiatives, hospital accreditation, and clinical risk management. * Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical processes, contributing to continuous enhancement of care delivery. * Support ongoing education and training initiatives for the nursing team. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. * Active registration with COREN. * Experience in emergency/urgent care, operating rooms, and hemodynamics. * Availability to work across two clinical units. * Flexible working hours according to service needs. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in Hemodynamics. * Experience with clinical protocols and patient safety. * Experience with clinical performance indicators and process improvement. * Participation in hospital audits or accreditation processes (ONA, Qmentum, JCI). * Experience in technical support and clinical process organization. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible hours according to service needs.
