If you seek a welcoming environment with learning opportunities and great pride in being part of something meaningful… this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Set tables within your assigned area, performing cleaning tasks, aligning chairs, and arranging items such as napkins, toothpicks, salt, ashtrays, etc.; * Serve customers at your point of sale, guiding them to available tables and taking orders via order slips, while also suggesting additional menu options; * Serve customers according to PIC’s quality standards, and collect used utensils and food leftovers from tables to maintain hygiene, organization, and cleanliness in your area; * Monitor all tables under your responsibility to ensure prompt customer service, and assist other waiters during peak demand in other sections; * Process customer bills together with the cashier, informing and collecting payments, and recording membership numbers when charging against membership accounts; * Report irregularities, complaints, and suggestions encountered during service to your immediate supervisor, aiming for swift and peaceful resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction; * Perform other duties as directed by your immediate supervisor and based on departmental needs. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Customer service skills; * Social etiquette; * Commitment; * Dynamism (including vigor, speed, energy, vitality); * Ability to work in a team; * Initiative; * Attention to detail. **Additional Information** * Happy Day; * Fuel Allowance or Transportation Allowance; * Attendance Bonus; * Basic Food Basket; * On-site lunch provided on weekends and holidays; * Childcare Assistance; * SESC Membership; * CDL Membership; * UNIMED Health Plan without co-payment; * UNIMED Dental Plan without co-payment. Its bold design bears the signatures of three great masters: Oscar Niemeyer, Cândido Portinari, and Roberto Burle Marx, whose beautiful gardens frame its more than 70,000 square meters. Sixty years ago, the city paused to await the inauguration of this new club, which took place on January 26, 1961, attended by twenty thousand people, including then-Senator Juscelino Kubitscheck, who served as the ceremony’s honorary guest.
