Your responsibilities: * **Excellent Customer Service:** Greet customers, present the menu, and suggest dishes and beverages. * **Consultative Sales:** Thoroughly understand menu items to assist customers’ choices and increase average ticket value. * **Floor Management:** Organize table setup (mise\-en\-place), ensure dining area cleanliness, and replenish utensils. * **Order Entry:** Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately to prevent kitchen/bar errors. * **Billing and Payment Processing:** Verify the bill with the customer and process payments. Ideal candidate profile: * Prior experience in customer-facing roles (restaurants, bars, or events). * **Strong communication skills:** Ability to clearly explain dishes and interact effectively with diverse customer profiles. * Agility and organizational skills to manage multiple tables simultaneously. * Flexible availability (especially evenings, weekends, and holidays). * Ethical conduct, punctuality, and impeccable personal presentation.
