Description: Academic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Languages, Education, or related fields (completed or in progress). Work Experience and Technical Knowledge * Prior experience in school environments, educational centers, or pedagogical support activities. * Familiarity with teaching methodologies (traditional, constructivist, socio-interactionist, active learning, etc.). * Experience developing and updating teaching materials, lesson plans, and pedagogical reports. * Basic knowledge of educational legislation (BNCC, curriculum guidelines, institutional assessment). Tools and Technologies * Proficiency with productivity tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office. * Ability to navigate and utilize digital and multimedia resources for pedagogical support. Interpersonal and Behavioral Skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management. * Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, coordinators, and families. * Proactivity in supporting pedagogical routines, school events, and projects. * Empathy and a welcoming attitude.
