Job Summary: This position within FIT Energia’s Operations Directorate, part of the Santander Group, aims to resolve operational issues, monitor alerts, and optimize processes between the company and energy distribution companies, ensuring billing accuracy and demand fulfillment. Our purpose is to enable and promote clean, more affordable energy for everyone. **Job Description** This position reports to the Operations Directorate and is responsible for acting as an interface between the company and energy distribution companies, ensuring resolution of operational issues, monitoring alerts, and optimizing processes.
