Sophisticated gastronomic environment We are seeking a Maître with inspiring leadership qualities and a strong focus on service excellence to join our team in Belo Horizonte. The professional will be responsible for ensuring smooth dining room operations, complete customer satisfaction, and technical coordination of the service team. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Supervise, coordinate, and motivate the dining room team (waiters and service staff), maintaining the establishment’s service standards. * Handle guest reception, reservation management, and table flow organization according to occupancy. * Mediate and resolve requests or potential complaints promptly and courteously. * Coordinate communication between kitchen and dining room to ensure synchronization and quality in order delivery. * Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and dining room organization standards. * Train new employees and provide ongoing team supervision. * Maintain team personal presentation and foster a productive work environment. **Requirements:** * Proven experience as a Maître or in leadership roles within medium- to high-end restaurants. * Excellent verbal communication, professional demeanor, and operational team leadership skills. * Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts. * **Full availability for a 12x36 shift schedule, from 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM\.** * Proactive, organized, and hospitality-oriented profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical knowledge of **wines and food pairing**. * Experience in sophisticated gastronomic environments. * Proficiency in electronic ordering systems and restaurant management software. **Compensation and Benefits:** * **Salary:** BRL 2,000.00 \+ attractive commission. * **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Health Insurance, and Dental Insurance (per union regulations). **Schedule and Work Hours:** * **Shift Pattern:** 12x36 (one day worked, one day off). * **Working Hours:** From 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM\. * **Work Model:** On-site.
