Job Summary: An IT professional responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of digital technologies, providing technical support to the school community, and contributing to educational innovation. Proactive maintenance and technology integration Ensure full functionality of Information and Communication Digital Technologies (ICDT) and school management systems, delivering high-quality technical support to the entire school community. Proactively engage in maintenance, security, and technological innovation to support educational excellence and integrate technologies into the teaching\-learning process. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide technical support to users regarding hardware, software, and digital platforms. * Administer and monitor networks, servers, and academic systems. * Ensure institutional information security and integrity. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Support the pedagogical team in using educational technologies. * Manage equipment inventory and software licenses. * Document technical procedures and processes. * Participate in internal and external continuous training programs.
