A professional responsible for quantity takeoff, budgeting, and cost analysis of construction projects, supporting the physical and financial planning of construction projects.

**Responsibilities**
* **Perform material and labor quantity takeoffs and cost estimation**, to determine project costs for Grupo Patrimar, using appropriate software systems and spreadsheets. Ensure accuracy and reliability in preparing and delivering project budgets.
* **Analyze project designs and perform quantity surveys**, using AutoCAD and spreadsheets, to obtain volumes of materials, services, labor, and equipment required for project execution.
* **Assist in developing labor and equipment schedules and histograms**, contributing to the physical and financial planning of construction projects.
* **Develop unit costs for services**, applying execution methodologies used on construction sites. Identify consumption indices, productivity rates, and other parameters necessary for price composition.
* **Conduct quotations for inputs**, as needed, and provide information to the Procurement Department, Technical Directorate, and Construction Directorate, ensuring reliable data for decision-making and budget composition.
* **Measure actual and equivalent areas**, to support pre-feasibility studies and assist in preparing feasibility studies based on mass studies.
* **Prepare and update correction index spreadsheets** (economic, financial, and sector-specific), ensuring up-to-date data for comparative analyses and projections.
* **Enter budgets into integrated systems**, ensuring standardization, traceability, and control of information.
