Support for product analysts **[Support] Senior Support Analyst | HR** =============================================== TOTVS | Belo Horizonte - MG | Remote Job Description Provide technical support to our customers, delivering solutions with empathy and proactivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction with TOTVS products and services. Responsibilities and Duties * Technical support to customers via telephone; * Customer service via the support portal; * Execution of systemic functional tests; * Documentation/Reporting of performed activities; * Internal support for product analysts.
