Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Production Engineer to plan, coordinate, and optimize production activities on industrial construction sites, ensuring schedule adherence and compliance with regulations. Focused on technology and design, it aims to efficiently meet its clients’ needs. **Responsibilities:** Plan and coordinate production activities on industrial construction sites. Develop and monitor attack plans, construction sequencing, and execution strategies. Ensure schedule compliance by analyzing productivity, cost, and timeline deviations. Manage and optimize resources (labor, equipment, and materials). Monitor production performance indicators (KPIs). Integrate production with physical-financial planning and cost control. Support site measurements, billing, and cost allocation. Identify operational risks and propose corrective and preventive actions. Coordinate field teams and operational leadership. Collaborate with contract management on impact analyses, rescheduling, and performance improvements. Ensure compliance with SSMA, quality, and internal procedures. Previous experience as a Senior Process Engineer, Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, or Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
