Junior Quality Analyst

Description

**Furniture manufacturing company located in Venda Nova/MG. Starting in the second semester, the company will begin operations in São José da Lapa, just 10 minutes from the current facility.** **Main responsibilities:** * Perform quality analyses on physical and chemical products, ensuring compliance with standards and technical specifications; * Monitor, standardize, and propose improvements to internal processes, aiming for operational efficiency and reduction of defects; * Develop, review, and control documents of the Integrated Management System (IMS), such as procedures, records, and reports; * Conduct tests, inspections, and internal and external audits; * Identify nonconformities, manage corrective actions, and implement corrective and preventive actions; * Monitor and handle nonconforming materials; * Track quality indicators, prepare management reports, and support decision-making; * Drive continuous improvement of production and administrative processes; * Promote process standardization and dissemination of operational best practices; * Deliver training and reinforce quality culture within the company; * Perform inspections throughout the production process. **Requirements:** * Completed technical course or ongoing/completed undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; * Experience in the Quality area, preferably with chemical analyses; * Experience in document review and control; * Experience conducting internal and external audits; * Knowledge of quality control tools; * Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar standards; * Intermediate Excel skills and experience managing spreadsheets. **Compensation:** Salary of R$ 3\.000,00\. **Benefits:** Health insurance, dental plan, food basket, TotalPass, Clude, C4Life, meal allowance of R$ 17.05 per working day, and transportation allowance or fuel assistance. **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:48\. **Employment type:** CLT \| On-site.
