Key Responsibilities and Duties: Recruitment and Selection: Conduct recruitment processes, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. Training and Development (T&D): Support the identification of training needs, plan and organize capacity-building initiatives, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Performance Management: Participate in administering performance evaluation processes and assist in developing Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
