Job Summary: Professional responsible for conducting studies, supporting strategic planning and process optimization, working in close coordination with leadership to inform managerial decisions. Process optimization, goal achievement, and results delivery Conduct and prepare studies and analyses; provide technical support in the development and monitoring of strategic, tactical, and operational planning; support execution cycles while adhering to project management methodologies; collaborate closely with immediate and involved leadership to contribute to managerial and strategic analyses and decisions, as well as to process optimization, goal achievement, and results delivery at SCBH. **Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday. **Salary:** R$ 6.256,15 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Health insurance (UNIMED); * Dental insurance (METLIFE); * Educational assistance (Undergraduate and Postgraduate); * Daycare allowance — R$ 200.00 per child, subject to eligibility criteria and for children up to 48 months of age (limited to 3 children), provided to: o Mothers or legal guardians of children up to 48 months of age, or children with special needs of any age; o Fathers with permanent custody of children up to 48 months of age, or children with special needs of any age. * Quality-of-life program; * Funeral plan; * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, auto repair shops, and gyms; * Christmas gift card. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor deviation items identified during work development analysis, propose corrective actions, seek assistance when necessary, and report to leadership; * Contribute to team integration across involved departments to optimize outcomes according to established plans; * Perform functional testing using standards and tools supporting planning management; * Support leadership across various business areas during project initiation, planning, execution, and closure; * Issue reports for monitoring and controlling ongoing work; * Train work teams according to their roles in planning-related activities; * Carry out other tasks of similar nature and complexity level upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree: Business Administration; Computer Science or Information Systems; Engineering; Health Sciences; Education; or related fields; Preferred: Specialization in Project Management, Finance, Business Management, or related areas. **Additional Information** We are Santa Casa BH, and we work for a cause: delivering cutting-edge healthcare to everyone.
