Customer guidance on platforms **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Respond to inquiries and requests via platform, e\-mail, WhatsApp, and other communication channels; * Assist in the process of submitting, adjusting, and tracking music releases; * Assist in identifying and sending notifications for content regularization; * Guide customers on the use of platforms and internal tools. **Requirements:** **COMPETENCIES:** * Prior experience in customer service (telemarketing); * Goal-oriented, business-minded, creative, problem-solving, integrity, teamwork, and customer-focused; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), basic computer skills, and strong written communication. **EDUCATION:** * Completed elementary and/or high school. **Benefits:** Gym allowance, Fuel allowance, Disclosed during interview, Meal allowance, Food voucher, Transportation allowance
