




Description: Responsible for developing maintenance planning based on production forecasts and production processes, ensuring equipment availability according to production demand (drilling) and monitoring maintenance indicators. Responsibilities and Duties * Perform maintenance planning by receiving requests from DISON and arranging the necessary resources to meet those requests. * Analyze inventory levels to meet preventive and corrective maintenance requirements and request required items from the warehouse for execution. * Issue purchase requests for raw materials and spare parts to fulfill needs identified in the planning, aiming to meet requirements within pre-established deadlines. * Monitor work orders through process mapping and control, implementing corrective actions when anomalies are observed, with the objective of adhering to the planned schedule. * Monitor the maintenance process by analyzing results and comparing actual performance against the plan. * Register and update company assets based on technical specifications and maintenance plans. * Analyze equipment and component failures, proposing improvement and maintenance actions. * Control and evaluate lubricating and hydraulic oil analyses for equipment sent by laboratories, proposing corrective actions to improve machine performance.
