Job Responsibilities: \- Development and implementation of HR policies: \- Create and apply people management strategies aligned with company objectives. \- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent. \- Propose and execute initiatives for team training and empowerment. \- Apply tools to measure and monitor employee performance. \- Assist in defining and reviewing compensation packages and benefit programs. \- Collaborate with department leaders across the organization to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
