**Responsibilities and Duties**
**As a Senior Maintenance Engineering Analyst, your responsibilities will include:**
* Preparing, analyzing, and monitoring management reports, performance indicators, and maintenance goals for corporate maintenance and business units;
* Performing system registrations, configurations, and adjustments in the maintenance management system;
* Providing technical support to business units on the use of the maintenance system and indicator analysis;
* Proposing improvements and enhancements to maintenance processes, reports, and controls;
* Supporting identification and resolution of issues related to the maintenance management system, collaborating closely with IT;
* Participating in project development, incentive campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives;
* Preparing and monitoring corporate and branch maintenance costs;
* Preparing, conducting, and following up on strategic maintenance department meetings;
* Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, environmental standards, and internal organizational procedures.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday — 7:12 AM to 5:00 PM
**Requirements and Qualifications**
**Minimum requirements for this position:**
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Experience with performance indicators and management reports;
* Knowledge of maintenance management systems;
**Preferred qualifications include:**
* Postgraduate degree in Maintenance Engineering or related fields;
* Familiarity with the Protheus system;
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
