Here, we value each individual’s uniqueness within a collaborative, innovative, and results-oriented environment. **All our positions are inclusive and open to professionals with disabilities (PCDs).** **Join Orguel!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Senior Maintenance Engineering Analyst, your responsibilities will include:** * Preparing, analyzing, and monitoring management reports, performance indicators, and maintenance goals for corporate maintenance and business units; * Performing system registrations, configurations, and adjustments in the maintenance management system; * Providing technical support to business units on the use of the maintenance system and indicator analysis; * Proposing improvements and enhancements to maintenance processes, reports, and controls; * Supporting identification and resolution of issues related to the maintenance management system, collaborating closely with IT; * Participating in project development, incentive campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives; * Preparing and monitoring corporate and branch maintenance costs; * Preparing, conducting, and following up on strategic maintenance department meetings; * Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, environmental standards, and internal organizational procedures.
