




**(JOB OPENING FOR CONTAGEM)** Assist in the pre-preparation and preparation of menu items under the guidance of your immediate supervisor, aiming to fulfill one of the stages in the production process; assist in food assembly, sanitize and prepare leafy greens, collect and identify food samples, and receive meal vouchers. 1. Pre-prepare dishes and/or meats and/or special diets. 2. Pre-prepare salads. 3. Pre-prepare desserts. 4. Assist in food assembly and restocking. 5. Sanitize and prepare leafy greens, fruits, and side dishes. 6. Assemble, distribute, and restock food, beverages, and utensils. 7. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and work areas. 8. Collect and identify food samples. 9. Receive meal vouchers (when scheduled for this activity and under the guidance of your immediate supervisor). 10. Perform related tasks. 11. Be responsible for Health and Safety, and apply the standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. Requirements: Experience in this role.
