* Postgraduate degree in Innovation Management, Project Management, or related fields (mandatory); * Master’s and/or Doctorate in Geotechnical Engineering (strongly preferred); * Advanced complementary courses in Geotechnics, Soil Mechanics, Foundations, Retaining Structures, and Underground Works; * Advanced proficiency in technical software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, SLIDE, and similar), with ability to critically validate models and analyses; * In-depth and consolidated knowledge of dams, slope stability, and retaining systems in high-criticality environments; * Minimum of 12 years’ proven experience implementing complex geotechnical projects, especially in critical structures; * Robust experience in soil and rock excavation, dam reinforcement and decommissioning, earthworks, paving, special civil works, and geotechnical instrumentation; * High analytical capability for evaluating, consolidating, and issuing strategic technical opinions; * Proven experience managing large-scale contracts, multidisciplinary teams, measurements, TAKE-OFF, RDO, and technical and strategic analysis of claims; * Experience leading executive and technical meetings with contractors, designers, and senior stakeholders; * Experience in critical technical analysis and approval of procurement processes for new construction works; In-depth knowledge and application of technical standards and guidelines (ANM, ABNT/NBR, and world-class international references); * **Desired Qualifications:** * Relevant experience in highly complex projects involving dam construction, execution, and reinforcement; geotechnical instrumentation; and slope stability management; * Experience in large-scale, high-criticality infrastructure projects (mining, dams, railways, tunnels, ports); * Significant field-based technical oversight experience with decisive action in critical situations; * Experience in advanced geotechnical risk analysis, scenario definition, and implementation of structural and operational mitigation measures; * Experience managing contracts for specialized technical consulting services and interfacing with top-tier designers; * Strong profile of senior technical leadership, with systemic vision, strategic thinking, and decision-making under uncertainty; * Proven track record in multidisciplinary projects, development of technical leaders, and strong interface with internal and external strategic stakeholders; **Key Responsibilities and Activities:** * Serve as Senior Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) in geotechnics for construction implementation, influencing strategic decisions in Capital Projects and Operations; * Ensure full alignment among design, construction, operation, and maintenance of structures, guaranteeing compliance with design intent, regulatory requirements, and global best practices; * Provide technical leadership for inspection and implementation of critical geotechnical works, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and cost control; * Play a key role in managing strategic contracts, focusing on technical performance, risk mitigation, and governance; * Provide technical approval for high-complexity, high-criticality execution designs, reports, and regulatory documentation; * Lead technical field inspections, geotechnical monitoring, and audits, ensuring data reliability and sound decision-making; * Identify critical deviations and lead Change Management (MOC) processes, assessing technical, operational, and safety impacts; * Develop and implement innovative solutions for complex geotechnical challenges, serving as an organizational reference; * Influence CAPEX decisions by contributing strategic technical insights to optimize investments and reduce risks;
