Strategic client relationship and negotiation * Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture (or substantial experience). Desirable: Postgraduate degree in management or project-related fields, people management, or client relationship management. * Availability to work onsite (Belo Horizonte/MG) * Requirements: * Significant experience in multidisciplinary areas (Hydraulics, PCI, Gas, etc.) * Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and planning within companies operating in the project, civil construction, infrastructure, industrial, and/or mining sectors; * Experience in service-providing companies; * Proven experience in developing, managing, and controlling project pipeline planning, analysis and resource allocation; * Experience in liaising with discipline leads to ensure high-quality, consistent delivery of integrated projects; * Experience in client interaction to align expectations and clarify project requirements; * Proven experience in leadership and people management across all aspects, as well as technical team management at various levels. * Desirable knowledge of CAD, BIM; * Task and resource leadership. * Competencies and skills: Assertive communication, Leadership, Process/Project Management, Client relationship and negotiation, Strategic vision, and Technical domain knowledge.
