Description
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Conduct recruitment processes for operational and strategic positions, ensuring alignment with the company's profile and timely candidate feedback at all stages;
* Prepare and organize the necessary documentation for employee onboarding;
* Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a structured integration and separation experience;
* Visit construction sites to monitor teams and support HR-related demands;
* Practice active listening with employees to strengthen internal relationships and organizational climate;
* Support leaders in people management, team development, and resolution of HR-related issues;
* Assist in developing and implementing Human Resources programs and procedures;
* Support performance evaluation processes, conducting feedback meetings and assisting in creating Individual Development Plans (IDPs);
* Plan, conduct, and monitor training and capacity-building programs;
* Develop, monitor, and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making;
* Organize corporate events and internal integration initiatives;
* Assist in creating and implementing endomarketing and internal communication campaigns.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
* Prior experience in Human Resources;
* Experience in the civil construction sector is desirable;
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel.

**Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Thursday), 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Friday)
