




Operations Manager | Academy Network (BH) **Are you driven by processes, efficiency, and results?** Our academy network is expanding rapidly, and we’re seeking an Operations Manager to safeguard our standardization and scalability. If you have experience in the fitness industry and know how to transform operations into a well-oiled efficiency machine, we want you on our team! **Your responsibilities:** * **Standardization:** Map processes and implement SOPs across all network units. * **Integration:** Serve as the strategic link between the Holding Company (HR, Finance, Marketing, IT) and the academies. * **Performance:** Analyze KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and report results directly to the Executive Board. * **Expansion:** Lead the setup of new units and ensure the excellence standard is consistently replicated. * **Field Management:** Conduct technical visits, audits, and train unit managers. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years in operational management (retail chains, franchises, or service businesses). * **Mandatory experience:** At least 1 year specifically managing or implementing academies. * Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering, Business Administration, or IT). * Hands-on profile for technical visits and strategic vision for managerial reporting. **Preferred qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree/MBA in Process Management, Lean, or Six Sigma. * Proficiency in methodologies such as PDCA and Kaizen. **Important information:** * Location: On-site in Belo Horizonte/MG. * Working hours: Mon–Thu (8:00 AM–6:00 PM) | Fri (8:00 AM–5:00 PM). * Benefits: Meal allowance (R$ 25.00/day) + Transportation allowance.
