**What Will Be Your Role?**
Customer Service and Relationship Management
* Provide service through the company's communication channels, answering simple inquiries, routing requests, and scheduling meetings.
* Serve residents, investors, and leasing prospects, ensuring clear and courteous communication.
* Perform Level N1 service, including advertisement validation, initial support for services offered by the company, and routing of requests.
* Activate customers for adoption of the company's services.
* Support closing the satisfaction survey feedback loop and monitor customer follow-ups.
Commercial Support and Partnerships
* Present and explain services to customers, supporting the commercial process.
* Offer, monitor, and support partnership closures.
Contractual Procedures
* Generate lease agreements in the system and send them via the contract signing platform.
* Monitor the signature workflow and ensure verification.
* Open and track legal department tickets.
Administrative and Operational Activities
* Enter and update information in spreadsheets and systems.
* Register partners and suppliers in the system.
* Request contract registration in the system and monitor contract and budget approvals.
* Receive invoices, register measurements, request and monitor approvals.
* Monitor payment workflows.
Document Management
* Manage project documentation and financial reporting.
* Open "Contact Us" requests, track scholarships, and monitor project progress.
Other duties related to the role.
**We Expect You To Have:**
* Undergraduate degree in progress;
* Experience in customer service, administrative routines, and/or operational support.
**We Would Be Especially Happy If You:**
* Are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), familiar with management systems (CRM/ERP), and skilled in document organization and administrative routines.
