Support the development and training of the sales team **Open Position – Commercial Supervisor (External Sales)** **PP Distribuidora** is hiring an **External Sales Commercial Supervisor** to lead our sales team and boost our results! ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and guide the external sales representatives; * Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance results; * Plan sales routes and commercial strategies to improve performance; * Conduct customer visits and identify new business opportunities; * Ensure compliance with the company's commercial policies; * Support sales team training and development. ### **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree; * Proven experience in **external sales and team supervision**; * Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills; * Driver's license category B and willingness to travel. * Personal vehicle ### **We Offer:** * Fixed salary \+ commission based on performance; * Fuel allowance; * Meal voucher (R$30.00/day); Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Driver's License: B Personal vehicle Willingness to travel
